soothing.

11. What is you Returns
Policy?
Here at Zen Kitty we carefully select our products, so that we stock
only the best organic and natural toiletries and cosmetics.
We hope that you will be delighted with every purchase you make with
us, however if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, or are
faulty, we will refund the cost of any unopened and unused products if
you contact us within 30 days
of receiving your order.
For any returns please ring us on 07977
200753 or email us at returns@zenkitty.co.uk
and we will give you a returns number. Any goods returned
without a number may be subject to a restocking fee.
For goods that are not faulty, we can only accept returns if they are
unopened and unused with any seals or wrapping intact and in a
saleable condition.
We recommend that when returning items you use a recorded-delivery
service for your own peace of mind and protection. Please note that you
will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we
delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
By carefully selecting the items we sell, we aim to stock products
which are free of the most common allergens, but unfortunately, even
natural ingredients are able to cause allergies and irritation in
certain people. We always list the complete ingredient
listings next to the skincare products we stock; so if you know you are
sensitive to certain ingredients, you can check whether or not they are
in the product you wish to purchase. Unfortunately, we are
not able to offer a refund if after using a product you find you are
sensitive to it.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

14. What is your Environmental Policy?
All
of the packaging that we use is recycled/recyclable and where viable we
also tend to reuse packaging! In practical terms this means that we
save any good quality boxes from our suppliers and send orders out in
them.
We are very aware of impact we can have on the
environment, so we use the waste hierarchy. This means where
possible we will:
1. Reduce the amount of waste we produce (we try to select packaging as closely matching the product size as possible)
2. Reuse any packaging that we receive
3. Recycle any unsuitable boxes/papers etc
